We certainly can forward merchandise and parcels to you, both nationally or internationally.
Requirements before we can send your mail or packages
First, you will need to sign up for a mailbox. You can see a list of all of our different mailboxes and their prices on our website.
You will need to complete an identity verification before we can ship merchandise to you internationally. You will be asked to provide the relevant identity documents when you sign up for a mailbox with Private Box.
Are there any limitations to what you can send?
Forwarding merchandise is subject to the limitations of NZ Post. The first thing we recommend you check is information about prohibited and restricted items. Anything listed as a prohibited item cannot be sent through the postal service. Anything listed as a restricted item can be sent - however there are very strict guidelines that must be followed.
There are also limitations around the size of packages being sent. If your parcel doesn't fit within these measurements, then we won't be able to send it.
