Can I use Private Box as a Financial Service Provider?

A financial service provider (FSP) is defined as:

Persons or companies who live or have a place of business in New Zealand and who provide, or offer to provide, financial services in New Zealand or overseas.

Private Box cannot provide a registered office address for financial service providers.

Private Box can provide mail forwarding services for FSPs if they have a registered office elsewhere, or have permission from the Financial Markets Authority (FMA).

Private Box reserves the right to decline new FSP customers should they fall into the above definition, but not be correctly registered as an FSP.
