Making a video call with Google Hangouts using a Smartphone (Android and IOS)

Google Hangouts is the easiest way that we can do the identity verification calls.  First, you should make a booking to arrange a time to meet with us.

Once you have made your booking and confirmed, simply join a hangout meeting with the staff member you booked time with when it's time for your appointment.

You can join a Google Hangout call with any of our staff:

Arran

Sarah

Gareth

When you go to one of the above links on a smartphone, it will ask you to download the Google Hangouts app.

Once you have the Google Hangouts app installed, you will either need to start a google hangout or join a hangout that has already been set up.  We recommend that you contact us to request the Google Hangout contact information, or send us your hangout details.
